Subscription Dash Coffee Oy will on occasion offer shipping promotions with customers order coffee through subscription. These promotions can change without notice.

Shipping costs are calculated at check-out. Dash Coffee Oy is not responsible for any shipments affected by customs, force majeure events, transfers from one carrier to another in Finland or internationally, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any other extra fees, customs or charges related to your shipment.

Returns Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. Dash Coffee Oy holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe. The remote sale of products falls under chapter 6 of the Finnish Customer Protection Act and therefore unused products have a 14-day money back guarantee. The returned product must be unused and in original condition and in sales condition as well as carefully packed. The returns are only available in Finland.

Dash Coffee Oy holds the right to additional charges if the return does not meet this criteria. If customers use their right to send back an order they should contact Dash Coffee Oy in order to get an address to send the goods to. If an item is defective or damaged in any way on arrival, Dash Coffee Oy should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation. 

International Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. As a customer, you will be responsible for payment of such import charges. Dash Coffee Oy is not liable for any duties or taxes associated with any orders processed by Dash Coffee Oy. Import charges are normally based on the item’s price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any local taxes, duties and fees. However, as charges vary across countries, Dash Coffee Oy advises you to contact your local customs office for further information. Shipping Coffees are delivered using Posti's carbon neutral service within the Finnish region. All coffee shipments in size 200g in Finland are tracked and delivered directly to the mailslot, while 1kg bags are shipped to Posti pickup point. Internationally all coffees are delivered by DHL and their local partners in different countries.

All orders under 400g should arrive straight to the customer’s address and mailbox.
